原來非空間風水問題，
而是風水師財路的問題。

風水學其實無關迷信，亦和宗教信仰無一定的直接關係，
是研究萬物之靈的人類，和綜合環境互動對應的一門大學問。
宇宙啦，太陽啦，氣流啦，
到我們身邊的一草一木皆是，
它仍然是以科學根據作為驗證的基礎。
記得2000年總統大選落幕時，
幾名媒體風水師根據已知結果大肆發表風水理論，
當選者的祖厝必為百年難得一見之龍穴，
落選者養成環境的風水必有缺憾但仍有法可解，
真是令我啼笑皆非。
西方人士對風水學有相當研究之人大有人在，
他們驗證風水的方式大多根據人類行為學
及心理學來分析大環境異動對於人生存及發展的影響，
而非我們普遍聽見的懸疑之說，
那種另一個世界的超自然力量，
那種令人望之生畏的水晶球理論。
在最近我所承接的一個商業空間設計案，
風水師在我設計快完成時半途殺出，
直指我所規劃的空間犯了多項風水大忌，弄得業主像受驚過度的小朋友一樣恍神，
當然，在業主十分篤信不移的情形下，
我除了提出建議外仍不免在設計上作一定程度的配合。
大搬風幾次後，
所有的動線機能已畸形到無法營業的程度，
但仍不符合風水師的標準，
後來我才知道，
原來，那位專業風水師的另一的專業是裝潢公司的負責人。
原來非空間風水問題，而是風水師財路的問題。
後來我告知他這設計案我只承接設計部份，工程發包非由我一人承接，
一夕之間所有風水大忌都消失不見，每一條線，都變成風水加分的要件。
一樣的空間規劃，卻有兩種極端不同的風水說法，真玄!
有機會我真想和各位分享那位風水師最後笑咪咪的嘴臉。

Actually, it has nothing to do with Feng-Shui but the business of Feng-Shui masters.

Feng-Shui has nothing to do with superstition or religion.
It is actually a study talking about the interaction between human beings and the entire environment, including the universe, the sun, airflow, and even plants around us.
It is solidly established according to science.
In 2000, some Feng-Shui masters talked to the media about the already-known results, such as the ancestral house of winners must be the extremely unusual dragon cave, and there must be something wrong with Feng-Shui in the also-rans’ houses but there is still a solution.
All of this just choked me up.
There are many western people studying Feng-Shui.
They test and verify Feng-Shui according to praxiology and psychology, trying to find out how the changes of circumstances affect people’s living and development.
It is not something like suspense, or supernatural power, or crystal ball talking, which somehow terrifies me.
Lately, I took a project of designing a business space.
A Feng-Shui master suddenly showed up when I almost finished designing.
He directly criticized what I designed had lots of taboos, which made the proprietor so shocked and nervous.
The proprietor devoutly believed in his “theory,” so I had to adjust my works and comprised unwillingly.
After changing my ideas again and again, all the design had been too distorted to work, and the Feng-Shui master was still not satisfied.
Then, I finally realized that the Feng-Shui master was also running an upholstery firm.
So, it has nothing to do with Feng-Shui but the business of this Feng-Shui master.
Then, I told him that I only designed the room, and I did not take care about construction and upholstery.
Suddenly, all the taboos were no longer something he was concerned about.
Everything I designed became a benefit for him /Feng-Shui.
Everything backed the original idea, but he explained it in different Feng-Shui theories.
It was so strange to me.
I wish I could describe in detail how the Fen-Shui master’s countenance with a smile looked like.
